Who is Vladimir Goudenov Grizzlikof?

Vladimir Goudenov Grizzlikof is a character from the Disney animated television series Darkwing Duck, which aired from 1991 to 1992. He is an anthropomorphic grizzly bear who serves as a no-nonsense, highly disciplined agent of S.H.U.S.H., a secret international crime-fighting organization.
