Tough critic when it comes to palate-pleasing plates? Our innovative cuisine is sure to entertain the most discerning taste buds! Inspired by the natural bounty of California as well as the diversity of its people, our chef creates Pulitzer-worthy flavors that pepper a delectable selection of classic fresh fare.

Downright voracious? Begin your tale with a trip to the all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet, featuring carved meats, baked chicken, fish, pasta, salads and sides. Options for the kiddos include chicken nuggets or mac and cheese.

If you’re curious about what’s unfolding on the à la carte menu, our appetizers are the perfect introduction to an amazing epicurean experience. Try one of these noteworthy picks—duck wings, fish crudo, avocado toast or the chicken quesadilla.

The dinner plot thickens with enticing entrées from pan-seared salmon and braised boneless short rib to chicken paillard, shrimp pappardelle carbonara and New York steak grilled to perfection.
