This week, we saw the very long-awaited grand opening of The Edison restaurant at Disney Springs. Many were excited for the opening of The Edison because of its amazing theming and attention to detail. Here is a quick rundown from the Disney Parks Blog about what you can expect in visiting the new restaurant:

The Edison features multiple themed areas for guests to explore, such as the Lab performance space, The Ember Parlour, Telegraph Lounge, The Patent Office, The Tesla Lounge, The Radio Room, and the Waterfront Patio.

Open for lunch and dinner, The Edison treats guests to a contemporary American fare menu of items like Pork Belly Pops, Crispy Fried Chicken, and The Edison Burger. The Edison’s beverage lineup focuses on artfully crafted cocktails, interesting beers and wines, and house-made punches that serve from two to 10 guests.

The Edison also features nightly entertainment, which ranges from live DJs, musicians, aerialists and dancers.

The Edison is now open Sunday-Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Thursday-Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. Guests at The Edison must be 21 years or older starting at 10 p.m. Thursday-Saturday nights.
