Who is Valkyrie?

Valkyrie, whose real name is Brunnhilde, is a character in Marvel Comics and the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). She is portrayed as a skilled Asgardian warrior and a key ally to Thor and the Avengers.

In the comics, Valkyrie was created by writer Roy Thomas and artist John Buscema and first appeared in “The Avengers” #83 in 1970.
