Disney Triumphs at 2025 Golden Globes with Six Awards Across Film and Television

Disney Golden Globes 2025 The Walt Disney Company achieved a significant milestone at the Golden Globe® Awards last night, securing six awards across its various content brands and studios, including FX, FX Productions, and Searchlight Pictures. Notably, five of these accolades were for series streaming on Hulu.

FX’s drama series Shōgun led the evening with four awards, sweeping all its nominated categories. The series earned Best Television Series – Drama, with lead actors Hiroyuki Sanada and Anna Sawai winning Best Actor and Best Actress in a Television Series – Drama, respectively. Additionally, Tadanobu Asano received the award for Best Supporting Actor on Television.

In the comedy genre, Jeremy Allen White secured his third consecutive Best Actor win for his role in FX’s The Bear, which streams exclusively on Hulu.

Searchlight Pictures also garnered recognition with A Real Pain, as Kieran Culkin won Best Supporting Actor in Any Motion Picture.
