New Passholder-Exclusive Lounge to Open in EPCOT’s Morocco Pavilion
Published on 4/11/24 by Craig Smith
Walt Disney World is set to enhance the experience for its Annual Passholders with the introduction of a new exclusive lounge. Located in the Morocco Pavilion at EPCOT, the lounge will be housed within the former Restaurant Marrakesh space, offering a serene place to relax. The lounge will open its doors from May 1st through June 18, 2024, operating daily from noon until 8:00 pm.
This exclusive retreat is designed to provide a relaxing environment where Passholders can unwind, recharge their mobile devices at numerous charging stations, and enjoy complimentary snacks and water. Access to the lounge will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring that all visitors have a fair chance to enjoy the amenities.
To access EPCOT and the lounge, Passholders must have valid park admission and a reservation for EPCOT on the same day. Alternatively, they can enter after 2:00 pm or on designated good-to-go days without a reservation, although these entries are subject to the park’s capacity and block-out dates specific to their pass type. As with all Disney offerings, availability may change, and the lounge could be subject to unexpected closures or operational changes.
Admission to the lounge requires that each Passholder present a valid Annual Pass card, a linked MagicBand or MagicBand+, or a Disney MagicMobile pass along with a government-issued photo ID. This new feature underscores Disney’s commitment to enhancing the park experience for its loyal Passholder community, providing them with exclusive benefits and comforts.
