Who is Babu Frik?
Babu Frik is a fictional character from the Star Wars franchise. He is a small, Anzellan droidsmith and first appeared in the 2019 film “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.” He is known for his small size and his expertise in working with droids, specifically C-3PO. He is able to reprogram C-3PO to be able to understand the ancient Sith language and help the main characters in the quest to destroy the Emperor Palpatine’s secret weapon. He is portrayed by actor Shirley Henderson in the film, and also appears in other Star Wars expanded universe media such as comics and novels. The character was played by Shirley Henderson.
