General Grievous is a character in the Star Wars franchise. He first appeared in the 2005 film “Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.” General Grievous is a cyborg who serves as a military leader for the droid army of the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. He is depicted as being a formidable opponent on the battlefield, with his multiple arms and quick reflexes making him a dangerous opponent for the Jedi Order. General Grievous is also a collector of lightsabers, having taken the weapons from defeated Jedi, and is considered one of the most powerful villains in the Star Wars universe. The character is voiced by Matthew Wood in the films.
