Qui-Gon Jinn is a character in the Star Wars franchise. He is a Jedi Master who serves as a mentor to Obi-Wan Kenobi and discovers a young slave boy named Anakin Skywalker, whom he believes to be the Chosen One who will bring balance to the Force. Qui-Gon Jinn is known for his unorthodox approach to the Jedi Code and his belief in the Living Force, a concept that emphasizes the importance of the present moment and the interconnectedness of all things. He first appeared in the 1999 film “Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace” and was portrayed by actor Liam Neeson.
