Who is Sy Snootles?

Sy Snootles is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. She is a female Pa’lowick singer and the lead vocalist of the Max Rebo Band, a group of alien musicians who performed in the palace of Jabba the Hutt. Sy Snootles appeared in the film Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi and in various other Star Wars media. In the original release of the film, Sy Snootles was a puppet, while in the film’s 1997 re-release and subsequent versions, she was replaced by a computer-generated character. The character was voiced by Annie Arbogast.
