Who is Agent Wendy Pleakley?

Agent Wendy Pleakley is a character from Disney’s Lilo & Stitch franchise. He is an alien and a member of the Galactic Federation, initially tasked with assisting in the capture of Experiment 626, who later becomes known as Stitch. Pleakley is assigned to work with Dr. Jumba Jookiba, Stitch’s creator, to retrieve Stitch after he escapes to Earth.

Despite his title, Pleakley is far from a traditional agent. He is a highly comedic character known for his quirky personality, nervousness, and obsession with Earth culture—especially his fascination with human customs and fashion. His name, “Wendy,” comes from an amusing misunderstanding when he dresses in women’s clothes during the series, adding to his lighthearted and comedic nature.

Pleakley eventually forms a close bond with Lilo, Stitch, and the rest of their ‘ohana (family) on Earth, becoming a key member of their extended family and helping with the reformation of other genetic experiments in the franchise’s sequels and television series.

Pleakley is voiced by actor Kevin McDonald, a Canadian comedian and actor known for his work in the sketch comedy troupe The Kids in the Hall. McDonald’s distinctive voice and comedic timing made Pleakley one of the most memorable and beloved characters in the Lilo & Stitch series.
