Who is Chummi Gummi?
hummi Gummi is a character from Disney’s animated series “Adventures of the Gummi Bears.” He appears in the episode “Up, Up, and Away,” which premiered on September 13, 1986.
Chummi is the last surviving Gummi Bear from the colony of Gummerset, having outlived his peers due to being the youngest. He arrives at Gummi Glen aboard his airship, seeking other Gummi Bears. Upon finding only six, he befriends them, particularly bonding with Cubbi Gummi.
Chummi invites the Gummi Glen residents to join him on a journey to New Gumbria. While the others decide to stay, Cubbi initially chooses to accompany Chummi but later returns home after an encounter with Duke Igthorn. Chummi continues his voyage, promising to inform the Great Gummies about the Gummi Glen inhabitants.
The character of Chummi Gummi is voiced by Jim Cummings, a renowned voice actor known for his work in various Disney productions.
