Who is Dr. Lora Baines?
Dr. Lora Baines is a character from the 1982 Disney film “Tron.” She is a scientist and the love interest of the film’s main protagonist, Kevin Flynn. She is played by actress Cindy Morgan.
Dr. Baines works at ENCOM, the same company where Kevin Flynn used to work, where she is a specialist in computer systems. She is one of the few people who believes in Flynn’s claims that someone else has stolen his video game software. She helps Flynn to investigate the company and is later kidnapped by the main antagonist of the film, the Master Control Program (MCP). In the end, she is rescued by Flynn and helps him to defeat the MCP and restore order in the digital world.
Dr. Baines is a smart and determined character, who is not afraid to take risks and stand up for what she believes in. She is also a strong and independent woman who plays an important role in the story, both as a love interest to the main protagonist and as a valuable ally in his quest to save the digital world.
