Who is Francois?
Francois is a fictional character from the Disney animated film “The Rescuers.” He is a mouse and one of the members of the Rescue Aid Society, a secret international organization of mice who help those in need. Francois is the French delegate of the society and works alongside the two main characters, Bernard and Miss Bianca. He is shown as being a bit of a snob, but is also very intelligent and resourceful. He is voiced by actor and comedian Bernard Fox in the 1977 film and its 1990 sequel, “The Rescuers Down Under“.
