razoul aladdinWho is Razoul?

Razoul is a character in the Disney animated movie “Aladdin” (1992) and its sequels. He is the captain of the palace guard and the head of the Sultan’s security force in the city of Agrabah. Razoul is portrayed as a strict and no-nonsense character who is always on the lookout for lawbreakers and takes his job very seriously. He is often at odds with the titular character, Aladdin, who he sees as a troublemaker and a thief. However, despite his tough exterior, Razoul also shows a softer side at times, particularly when he is around his men and his friends. He was voiced by actor Jim Cummings.
