Who is Russell?
Russell is a character from the Disney/Pixar animated film “Up.” He is a young boy scout who becomes the unlikely companion of the film’s main character, Carl Fredricksen, on a journey to South America. He is voiced by actor Jordan Nagai in the film.
Russell is an enthusiastic and optimistic boy scout who is determined to earn his “Assisting the Elderly” badge by helping Carl Fredricksen, an old man who is determined to fulfill his lifelong dream of traveling to South America. He is a curious and adventurous boy who is eager to learn new things and to have new experiences. He is also known for his sense of humor and his ability to make the best of difficult situations. He is a key character in the movie, helping Carl in his journey and leading him to rediscover the joy of living after the loss of his wife.
