Who is Wheezy the Penguin?

Wheezy the Penguin is a beloved character from Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story franchise, first appearing in Toy Story 2 (1999). He is a small, black-and-white rubber squeak toy resembling a penguin with a red bowtie.

Wheezy is known for his endearing personality and melancholy demeanor, stemming from his broken squeaker, which leaves him unable to make his signature sound. Left neglected on a high shelf in Andy’s room, Wheezy becomes a symbol of forgotten toys yearning for attention and care.

His pivotal moment comes when Woody rescues him during a yard sale, exemplifying the bond and loyalty between toys in the Toy Story series.
