Let Me Be Good To You disney song music“Let Me Be Good To You” is a song from Disney’s 1986 animated film “The Great Mouse Detective.” It is performed by the character Gypsy, a showgirl and dancer at a seedy bar called the “Rat Trap.” In the song, Gypsy seductively sings to the film’s protagonist, the mouse detective Basil of Baker Street, in an attempt to distract him and prevent him from uncovering the evil plot of the film’s villain, Professor Ratigan. The song was composed by Henry Mancini with lyrics by Howard Ashman.
