“Festival of Fools” was a former entertainment offering at Disneyland in California. It operated from 1996 to 1998 as part of the park’s entertainment lineup.

“Festival of Fools” was based on the Disney animated film “The Hunchback of Notre Dame.” It was a lively street show that took place in the area of Fantasyland. The show featured characters from the movie, such as Quasimodo, Esmeralda, and the villainous Frollo.

During the show, performers would engage with the audience through music, dance, and comedic interactions. Guests were invited to join in the celebration, clap along to the music, and participate in the festive atmosphere. The show incorporated elements of acrobatics, juggling, and other entertaining acts.

“Festival of Fools” aimed to bring the vibrant and energetic spirit of the movie to life, allowing guests to experience the excitement of the festival portrayed in “The Hunchback of Notre Dame.”
