Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Disneyland is a highly anticipated attraction set to open in 2024, immersing guests in the vibrant world of Princess Tiana from Disney’s “The Princess and the Frog.” This enchanting ride transforms the former Splash Mountain into a journey through the lively bayous of Louisiana, where guests will join Princess Tiana and her friends on a musical adventure.

The story begins with Tiana, who has established Tiana’s Foods, an employee-owned cooperative. As part of her new venture, she has revived an old salt mine and turned it into a thriving farm where she grows vegetables, spices, and herbs. To celebrate the success of Tiana’s Foods, she plans a grand party for her friends and family, but there’s a mix-up with the preparations. Guests are invited to help Tiana find the missing ingredient for the celebration, encountering familiar and new characters along the way.

The ride features original music by Grammy Award-winning musician PJ Morton, inspired by the rich musical heritage of New Orleans. Morton’s compositions, along with beloved songs from the film, create an immersive soundtrack that enhances the storytelling experience. The attraction also showcases new Audio-Animatronics figures and meticulously designed scenes that bring the magic of New Orleans to life.

As guests navigate the bayou, they’ll experience the sounds of nature, intricate handmade instruments, and the unique cultural elements that define the region. Tiana’s Bayou Adventure promises a captivating and joyous celebration of community, music, and the culinary delights of New Orleans, making it a must-visit for Disney fans.
