Details Released About the New UP! Show at Animal Kingdom

A few weeks back, we got news that the not-so-popular Flights of Wonder show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom would be giving way for a new UP! themed show. Today we learned more details about the new show.

We now know that the show will be titled “UP! A Great Bird Adventure” and will feature the Russell and Dug characters from the Disney/Pixar movie. The show is slated to launch on April 22nd.

According to Disney, the new show “offers guests the chance to see Senior Wilderness Explorer Russell and his furry friend Dug as they discover species of birds from around the world in their newest adventure in Anandapur village. There will be “UP” close encounters each day with amazing winged creatures!”

Update 4/11/18: Guests can now use their My Disney Experience App to select FastPasses for the new Up! Show at Animal Kingdom.
