Disney Announces Halloween and Christmas Dates and Details for 2016

Disney recently announced dates and details for their “Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party” and “Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party” for 2016.
Disney’s Halloween Party promotion and festivities will run from September 2-October 31, 2016. Activities include trick-or-treating, costume dress-up, fireworks set to a Disney Villain theme, a haunted parade and much more.
I haven’t personally been to Disney World at Halloween yet, but I hear it is more crowded, but amazingly fun. I am also told the Haunted Mansion is a must visit at Halloween. More info about Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party can be found here.
Disney’s Christmas festivities kick off on November 7th and run until December 22, 2016. I went to Disney World at Christmas a couple of years ago and they do an awesome job. All four parks are decorated for the holidays and there is a great parade that the kids will love. I would highly recommend it as a bucket list item.
