Disney Announces Name of New Villains Show at Hollywood Studios
Published on 11/2/24 by Craig Smith
Disney has unveiled the title of its forthcoming stage show at Disney’s Hollywood Studios: “Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After.” This new production is set to replace Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy, which concluded its final performance on October 7, 2024.
“Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After” will transform the Sunset Showcase into the enigmatic realm of the Magic Mirror. The show promises appearances by numerous iconic Disney villains, including Cruella de Vil, Captain Hook, and Maleficent, each making dramatic entrances through the mirror to perform live production numbers.
This announcement aligns with Disney’s broader initiative to spotlight its classic antagonists. Earlier this year, Disney confirmed the development of a Villains-themed land at Magic Kingdom, which will feature two major attractions, dining, and shopping experiences.
“Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After” is slated to debut in the summer of 2025, offering guests a unique opportunity to engage with some of Disney’s most notorious characters in a dynamic and immersive setting.
