Imagineers Install Amazing Moana Splash Pad at Island Tower of Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows

A brand-new Moana-themed splash pad has been installed at the Island Tower of Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, ahead of the new DVC resort’s opening on December 17, 2024. We got our first look at the splash pad today in a Disney Imagineering Instagram post.

The vibrant centerpiece of this play area is a life-size sculpture of Moana on her outrigger canoe, gazing out toward the Seven Seas Lagoon. This interactive water feature immerses young visitors in Moana’s world of adventure, offering a fun and refreshing experience.

The new splash pad seamlessly blends with the resort’s Polynesian theme, adding an exciting touch for families to enjoy.
