Who is Nute Gunray?
Nute Gunray is a fictional character in the Star Wars universe. He is a Neimoidian, a species of humanoid aliens known for their commerce skills and ruthlessness. Nute Gunray served as a Viceroy of the Trade Federation, a powerful economic organization that controlled much of the galaxy’s trade and commerce. He played a significant role in the prequel trilogy films The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, and Revenge of the Sith, where he served as a key antagonist working against the Jedi and the Galactic Republic. Nute Gunray is known for his cunning and treacherous nature, as well as his willingness to engage in unethical and illegal activities to further his own interests. The character was played by Silas Carson.
