If you’ve been in a Walt Disney World Resort restaurant anytime recently, you know three things to be true: 1) The food is generally very good; 2) The restaurant theming is usually amazing; and 3) Meals are freaking expensive! While the occasional WDW guest will purchase the Disney Dining Plan as a way to save a bit of cash on food, there is a very appealing option for those of you that either live in Florida or visit the parks more frequently than average: Tables in Wonderland.
What is Tables in Wonderland?
Tables in Wonderland is a dining discount program Disney offers to frequent visitors of Walt Disney World restaurants. For an upfront fee, you can save 20% on food and beverage at many (most) Disney World restaurants. There are currently 100 dining spots, on property that participate in Tables in Wonderland. A complete listing of those participating restaurants can be found here.
The 20% discount can be used for parties of up to 10 (including the Tables member) as long as the Tables member pays the bill.
In addition to the dining discount, Tables in Wonderland members are eligible for special dining events held at the resort throughout the year, as well as, complimentary theme park parking and resort valet when you are visiting for a meal.
Who is eligible for Tables in Wonderland?
Tables in Wonderland is a really nice program, but unfortunately it isn’t available to everyone. Currently, only Florida Residents, Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Members are eligible to purchase a membership. Honestly, for the amount a membership costs, you probably need to fall into one of those buckets in order to eat at the resort enough to make the economics work for you.
How much does Tables in Wonderland cost?
Tables in Wonderland has a couple of different price points currently:
- For Florida Residents: $175
- For Passholders and DVC Members: $150
Also for an additional $50 more, a spouse or partner (21+) can be added to a membership. A benefit to doing this is that you expand the number of people allowed in your party to 20.
How do you order Tables in Wonderland?
Tables in Wonderland memberships can be purchased at Guest Relations at any of the Disney World parks or Disney Springs. Alternatively, Annual Passholders and/or Florida residents can purchase memberships by calling (407) 566-5858.
