Who is Bo Peep?

Bo Peep is a beloved character from the Toy Story franchise, created by Pixar. In the series, Bo Peep is a porcelain figurine based on the character from the classic nursery rhyme “Little Bo Peep,” who tends sheep. She is Woody’s love interest and a central figure in his story arc. Bo Peep is known for her caring, smart, and strong-willed nature.

In the first two Toy Story films, Bo Peep is primarily depicted as a sweet, supportive character who offers advice and comfort to Woody. She takes on a more traditional role as a shepherdess, often seen alongside her three sheep. However, by the time of Toy Story 4 (2019), her character undergoes a significant transformation. Having been separated from Woody and the other toys for years, Bo becomes a more independent and adventurous character. She is now a “lost toy” and lives a free, exciting life outside the confines of being owned by a child. In Toy Story 4, she plays a pivotal role in helping Woody adjust to life beyond his owner’s room and rediscovering his purpose.

Bo Peep is voiced by Annie Potts, a talented actress known for her work in film and television.
