Jasmine is a fictional character and one of the main characters from the 1992 Disney animated film “Aladdin” and its franchise. She is the princess of Agrabah and is tired of being confined to the palace, longing for adventure and true love. She meets Aladdin, a street urchin, and the two fall in love, despite the fact that she is supposed to marry a prince. Jasmine is known for her bravery, determination, and her desire for freedom. She is also considered one of Disney’s most iconic and strong female leads, as well as one of the first Disney princesses of Middle Eastern descent. She has appeared in various forms such as movies, TV shows, video games, and merchandise.
