Who is Morgana?
Morgana is a character who appears in the direct-to-video animated film “The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea,” which was released in 2000. She is the main antagonist of the film.
Morgana is introduced as the younger sister of Ursula, the villain from the original “The Little Mermaid” film. Like her sister, Morgana is a sea witch with magical powers.
