Mrs. Potts is a character from the 1991 Disney animated film “Beauty and the Beast.” She is the castle’s head housekeeper who is transformed into an enchanted teapot by the film’s villain, the Enchantress. Along with her son Chip, she serves as a friend and mentor to Belle, the film’s protagonist.
