  • This location dates back to 1973 when it opened as Lancer’s Inn. Over the years, it has been called Gurgi’s Munchies & Crunchies, Lumiere’s Kitchen and The Village Fry Shoppe.
  • When it was named The Village Fry Shoppe, the restaurant served McDonald’s French Fries.
  • The restaurant is named after Friar Tuck from the 1973 Disney animated movie Robin Hood.
