Disney Dreamlight Valley Unveils New Expansion: The Storybook Vale

Disney Dreamlight Valley fans are in for a magical treat with the announcement of the upcoming expansion, The Storybook Vale, launching on November 20th. This highly anticipated addition will transport players to a mesmerizing new realm filled with iconic Disney characters, thrilling quests, and enchanted lands.

In The Storybook Vale, players will explore three unique biomes – The Bind, Mythopia, and Everafter. Each area is inspired by mythological, Scottish, and dark academia themes, creating an atmosphere ripe for adventure. As players venture through these lands, they’ll encounter beloved Disney characters, including Merida from Brave, Hades from Hercules, and Flynn Rider from Tangled. Part one of the expansion focuses on restoring harmony to the Vale, a world at odds due to the clashing powers of Maleficent and Hades, which has led to strange occurrences and a flood of magical artifacts known as “Snippets.”

Alongside these story-rich encounters, players will also gain access to the Royal Net, a new tool for gathering Snippets, the magical pages scattered throughout the Vale. Players will use this tool to piece together ancient tales while forging new friendships and uncovering long-lost secrets.

Available as a paid expansion, The Storybook Vale offers a fresh and immersive experience for both returning players and newcomers. Gameloft has also teased the arrival of more characters and a continuation of the story in 2025, promising a journey through Disney Dreamlight Valley like never before.
