Marvel Zombies disney+Marvel fans won’t have to wait much longer for one of the most talked-about animated series in the MCU. Marvel Zombies is set to premiere exclusively on Disney+ on September 24, 2025, delivering a darker, bloodier twist on the superhero stories we thought we knew.

Inspired by the fan-favorite What If…? episode, this four-part mini-series takes viewers to a terrifying alternate reality where a Quantum Realm virus has transformed Earth’s mightiest heroes into the undead. The Avengers themselves become flesh-hungry monsters, and it’s up to a scrappy team of survivors to stand between humanity and total annihilation.

Marvel Zombies is Marvel’s first TV-MA rated animated project, a bold move that promises more intense action and horror than fans have ever seen in the MCU’s animated universe. The voice cast features many returning stars, including Elizabeth Olsen (Wanda Maximoff), Paul Rudd (Ant-Man), Florence Pugh (Yelena Belova), and Simu Liu (Shang-Chi). In addition, the series introduces Blade into Marvel animation for the first time.

With all four episodes dropping at once, Marvel Zombies is set to be a binge-worthy, spine-chilling ride when it hits Disney+.
