Tracy Wilson Disney Cruise LineTracy Wilson has been appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager, Disney Cruise Line Operations, assuming leadership of Disney Cruise Line following the retirement of longtime executive Sharon Siskie. The leadership transition marks a pivotal moment as the brand continues one of the most ambitious expansion periods in its history.

Wilson brings more than 30 years of experience with The Walt Disney Company, spanning roles across parks, resorts, consumer products, and global theatrical marketing and distribution. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Finance, for Disney Signature Experiences, where she helped lead strategic planning and negotiations for the construction of five new Disney Cruise Line ships – including enabling the company to engage directly in shipyard procurement for the first time.

In her new role, Wilson will oversee all operational aspects of Disney Cruise Line’s award-winning fleet and private island destinations, guiding day-to-day operations while supporting long-term growth. Her leadership will be especially critical as the company prepares for the launch of the Disney Adventure and moves toward an expanded fleet that is planned to grow to 13 ships by 2031.

Disney leaders have praised Wilson as a visionary, collaborative executive whose deep operational expertise and passion for Disney storytelling are expected to help shape the next era of the cruise line’s family-focused vacations at sea.
