Legend of the Three Caballeros disney plusDisney’s Legend of The Three Caballeros show is slated to join the Disney+ lineup of shows in late 2019. The show first made its debut on the DisneyLife app in the Philippines in 2018 and can also be seen on the Disney Channel in other parts of Asia.

The series is a continuation and reimagining of the classic Disney characters Donald Duck, José Carioca, and Panchito Pistoles, who together formed the Three Caballeros. In “Legend of the Three Caballeros,” the trio embarks on exciting adventures to protect the magical treasures of the world from villains seeking to exploit their powers.

The story begins with Donald Duck receiving a mysterious magical atlas that reveals hidden secrets and magical artifacts. He teams up with his friends José Carioca, the Brazilian parrot, and Panchito Pistoles, the Mexican rooster, to form the Three Caballeros once again. They are joined by Xandra, a brave and adventurous female archaeologist, and embark on quests to prevent the evil wizard Felldrake from obtaining the artifacts for his nefarious purposes.

Throughout the series, “Legend of the Three Caballeros” features a blend of comedy, action, and magic, drawing inspiration from the original 1944 film “The Three Caballeros” while introducing new and exciting storylines. The show pays homage to the rich cultural heritage of Mexico, Brazil, and other Latin American countries, celebrating their traditions, music, and folklore.
