Series Description:
“Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi” is an animated anthology series that delves into the lives of key Jedi figures from the Star Wars prequel era. Released on Disney+ on October 26, 2022, the series comprises six episodes, each approximately 15 minutes long. The narrative is divided into two distinct arcs: one follows Ahsoka Tano, exploring pivotal moments from her infancy to her evolution as a Jedi, while the other centers on Count Dooku, shedding light on his journey from a respected Jedi Master to his eventual fall to the dark side.
Created by Dave Filoni, known for his work on “Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” the series employs a visual style reminiscent of its predecessor, enhancing continuity within the Star Wars animated universe. The storytelling emphasizes visual narratives with minimal dialogue, drawing inspiration from the works of Hayao Miyazaki.
