the pirates league magic kingdomThe Pirates League was an interactive experience and makeover opportunity located in the Magic Kingdom theme park at Walt Disney World in Florida. The experience allowed guests to transform themselves into pirates through a variety of packages and services offered.

During the makeover, guests could choose from different pirate packages that included makeup, hairstyles, costumes, and accessories. They could also select from different pirate looks, such as the Captain Hook or the Empress, and receive a pirate name and official Pirate’s League membership.

The experience was similar to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, which transforms children into princesses and knights. However, the Pirates League was more geared towards older children and adults who love the pirate theme.

The Pirates League was opened in 2009 and operated for over a decade until it was permanently closed in July 2020 as part of the changes to the park due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
