Thor: Ragnarok Blu-Ray/DVD Release Date Announced!

Disney has announced that their latest Marvel superhero blockbuster, Thor: Ragnarok, will be released on Digital & Movies Anywhere February 20, Blu-ray March 6 & new on 4K UHD. The Thor: Ragnarok Blu-Ray can be pre-ordered from Walmart here. (affiliate link)

There was no date given yet for Thor: Ragnarok’s streaming release on Netflix, but it will presumably be on the video-streaming service a few months after the Blu-Ray is released.

Here is a quick rundown of the plot (from Disney Movies Anywhere):

In Marvel Studios’ “Thor: Ragnarok,” Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok—the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization—at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela. But first, he must survive a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger—the Incredible Hulk!
