Who is Darth Maul?
Darth Maul is a fictional character from the Star Wars franchise. He is a Sith Lord and first appeared in the 1999 film “Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace.” He is the Sith apprentice of Darth Sidious and is known for his distinctive red and black tattoos, his distinctive horns, and his fierce fighting skills with a double-bladed lightsaber. He is a skilled warrior and a formidable opponent to the Jedi. Maul plays a major role in the Phantom Menace, where he fights Jedi Knight Qui-Gon Jinn and his Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi, he later returns in the animated series “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” and “Star Wars Rebels” and in the comic books, novels, and video games. The character was played by Ray Park.
