Who is Dory?

Dory is a fictional character from the Disney/Pixar animated film Finding Nemo (2003) and its sequel Finding Dory (2016). Dory is a blue tang fish with short-term memory loss. She is kind, helpful, and optimistic and becomes friends with the protagonist, Nemo, and Marlin. Dory is known for her catchphrase “Just keep swimming” which is a motivation for her and others to not give up in difficult situations. She was voiced by actress Ellen DeGeneres.
