Who is Flynn Ryder?
Flynn Rider, originally named Eugene Fitzherbert, is one of the main characters in Disney’s animated film Tangled (2010).
Portrayed as a charming yet slightly roguish thief, Flynn initially cares mostly about wealth and personal freedom, often relying on his wit, daring, and dashing looks to get by. However, his life takes a transformative turn when he meets Rapunzel, a spirited young woman with magical long hair, who has been confined to a tower her entire life. Flynn’s journey with Rapunzel becomes not only a thrilling adventure but also a personal awakening, as he begins to question his values and ultimately discovers his capacity for love and selflessness.
Actor Zachary Levi voices Flynn Rider, bringing a playful and charismatic energy to the role that resonated well with audiences.
