At Flo’s V8 Cafe, celebrate the pioneering spirit of the open road and home-style cooking at this kitschy Cars-themed café.

Diner-inspired classics, mouthwatering milkshakes and a ton of memorabilia make Flo’s V8 Cafe a priority pit stop—and Carburetor County’s most popular eatery. All of Flo’s delicious eats are served up in a jiffy, so you can fuel up on a speedy yet satisfying breakfast, lunch or dinner before you head out on the highway.

Nostalgic and novel at the same time, Flo’s sports all kinds of automotive touches that put you inside the Disney•Pixar Cars movies while transporting you to a simpler time, from vintage-style gas pumps to tailpipe light fixtures to 2-toned tuck-and-roll upholstered banquettes!

Dinner and a Show
The food at Flo’s is only part of the fun. Take in the rugged desert landscape of Ornament Valley and even watch Radiator Springs Racers cars zoom by through the dining room’s huge glass windows or from the open-air patio.

Then check out Flo’s showroom housing mementos from her days as lead singer of the glamorous Motorama Girls—she’s fin-tastic! Another section is a museum showcasing the career of Cars racing legend.
