Who is Clint Barton / Hawkeye?
Clint Barton, also known as Hawkeye, is a highly skilled and resilient character in Marvel Comics and the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Created by writer Stan Lee and artist Don Heck, he first appeared as a supervillain in “Tales of Suspense” #57 in 1964 before later becoming a heroic member of the Avengers.
In the comics, Clint Barton started as a circus performer and master archer. He honed his exceptional marksmanship and combat skills, eventually taking on the identity of Hawkeye and becoming a costumed crimefighter. Though he initially clashed with Iron Man, he later became a reformed hero and earned a spot on the Avengers, fighting alongside some of Earth’s mightiest heroes.
