“Lightyear” is a film by Disney and Pixar that delves into the definitive origin story of Buzz Lightyear, the character who inspired the toy figure in the “Toy Story” film series. Unlike the “Toy Story” movies where Buzz is a toy, in “Lightyear,” Buzz is portrayed as a human character. Voiced by Chris Evans, Buzz Lightyear embarks on a sci-fi action-adventure after getting marooned on a hostile planet located 4.2 million light-years away from Earth, alongside his commander and crew.
