What is Tomorrowland Launch Depot?

Tomorrowland Launch DepotThe Tomorrowland Launch Depot at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom is the newly reimagined gift shop that serves as the main merchandise location for the TRON Lightcycle Run attraction. It was previously known as the Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. and has been transformed to align with the aesthetic and thematic elements of the TRON universe. The interior of the shop features red and blue glowing stripes reminiscent of The Grid from the TRON series. In addition to offering a wide range of TRON-related merchandise, the shop provides a unique experience called the Identity Disc Program, where guests can customize action figures with their face and voice.

This reimagined space has also undergone changes to its exterior, adopting a new color scheme of navy and gold, and the iconic clock has been repainted. The store is equipped with mobile checkout, and it contains a Disney Made kiosk where guests can create personalized TRON ornaments, phone cases, and wall signs.

The Tomorrowland Launch Depot is situated between the TRON and Space Mountain attractions, with entrances from the main Tomorrowland walkway and the exit walkway from the TRON Lightcycle / Run​​​​.
