The Paddock Grill (Disney World)Guests planning a stay at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa should prepare for a temporary change this winter, as both The Paddock Grill and The Paddock Pool are set to close for refurbishment beginning January 2026.

The Paddock Pool, one of the resort’s most popular leisure spots, features a 146-foot-long waterslide built into a towering water tower, a zero-depth entry area, and a kid-friendly splash zone. It’s a favorite among families staying in the nearby Paddock section of the resort. Alongside the pool, The Paddock Grill offers convenient quick-service dining with American favorites like breakfast sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and refreshing drinks.

According to Disney officials, this closure is part of ongoing efforts to maintain and enhance the guest experience across Walt Disney World Resort. No reopening date has been announced, but signs posted on-site and on Disney’s refurbishment calendar indicate the closure is expected to last for several months.

During the refurbishment, guests can enjoy other amenities throughout Saratoga Springs, including the High Rock Spring Pool near the main lobby and The Artist’s Palette for quick-service dining. The resort also offers two additional leisure pools located in The Grandstand and Congress Park sections.

This refurbishment is the latest in a series of enhancements across Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, which has seen significant updates in recent years, including remodeled guest rooms and refreshed public spaces. Disney has not yet revealed specific details on what improvements will be made to the pool and grill area, but guests can expect upgraded amenities and refreshed theming when the area reopens.

Travelers with upcoming reservations are encouraged to check the official Disney World website for updates and plan accordingly.
