Who is the Mad Hatter?

The Mad Hatter is a fictional character from the Disney animated film “Alice in Wonderland.” He is based on the character of the same name from the novel “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” by Lewis Carroll.

He is a character who is known for his eccentricity, his love for tea and his peculiar hat. He is voiced by actor Ed Wynn in the original 1951 film and by actor Jeff Bennett in later adaptations. He is also known for being one of the main characters of the story, who helps Alice navigate the strange and fantastical world of Wonderland, as well as for his role in the famous “Unbirthday” party scene.
