Piglet is the timid yet incredibly brave soul of the Hundred Acre Wood. As Winnie the Pooh’s best friend, Piglet has spent the last century teaching fans that “even the smallest person can change the course of the future” (or at least help a bear find some honey).

A New Adventure: Disney’s 2026 Pooh Feature Film

On February 5, 2026, industry reports confirmed that Disney is officially fast-tracking a brand-new, feature-length Winnie the Pooh movie. While plot details are being kept in a honey jar, the film is expected to return to the classic hand-drawn aesthetic that made Piglet a household name. Travis Oates is expected to return as the voice of Piglet, continuing the legacy he inherited from the legendary John Fiedler.

Celebrating the 100th Anniversary (1926-2026)

2026 marks exactly 100 years since A.A. Milne first introduced Piglet to the world. Disney is celebrating with several high-profile collaborations:

  • OshKosh B’gosh x Disney: A massive 100th Anniversary baby and toddler line launched in Spring 2026, featuring vintage Piglet embroidery on classic denim overalls and jackets.
  • Japan Disney Store Sakura Collection: Released in January 2026, this viral collection features a pale pink, cherry-blossom-inspired Piglet plush that has become a top collector’s item this quarter.
  • Limited Edition Knit Plush: A special edition “Knit Piglet” (limited to 7,500 pieces) was released online to commemorate the century-long legacy of the character.

Where to Find Piglet in 2026

  • Magic Kingdom: Piglet is a permanent host at The Crystal Palace character dining. This remains the most reliable place to get a hug and an autograph from him.
  • EPCOT: Piglet has recently joined Winnie the Pooh for a “rotating” meet-and-greet inside Christopher Robin’s Bedroom at the United Kingdom Pavilion. Check the My Disney Experience app for daily times.
