Who is Pluto?
Pluto is a fictional character created by Walt Disney Productions. He is a yellow-orange color, medium-sized, short-haired dog with black ears. He is best known as one of the main characters in the Mickey Mouse universe of cartoons and comics, and is considered the pet dog of Mickey Mouse.
Pluto is known for his loyalty, his playfulness and his comic antics. He was first introduced in the short film “The Chain Gang” in 1930 and has since appeared in numerous Disney films, television shows, and comic books.
Unlike most Disney characters, Pluto is not anthropomorphic beyond some characteristics such as the ability to walk on his hind legs, and is more like a regular dog in appearance and actions.
