Two beloved spots at Disney’s Animal Kingdom’s Dinoland U.S.A. section have now officially shut their windows for good. The kiosk known as Trilo‑Bites — famous for buffalo‑chicken chips, floats and soft‑serve cones — and the vintage‑style ice cream outpost Dino‑Bite Snacks — celebrated for its seasonal cookie‑ice‑cream sandwiches and vegan soft‑serve offerings — are both closed as part of a larger land‑revamp coming in 2027.

Regulars will remember Trilo‐Bites for its signature “Buffalo Chicken Chips,” house‑made kettle chips smothered in buffalo chicken and blue‑cheese dressing, along with a mix of frozen treats and alcoholic floats. Meanwhile Dino‑Bite Snacks had carved out a niche for sweet seekers, offering hand‑scooped ice creams, churros with chocolate sauce, and vegan Tofutti cones. Now, both are listed as permanently closed as of October 20, 2025.

The closures align with the forthcoming transformation of Dinoland U.S.A. into the new “Tropical Americas – Pueblo Esperanza” themed land, which will lead to these snack stands making way for new attractions, dining experiences and themed environments. For guests who had been planning one more hurrah at these stands, now is the time to say farewell: the menu items that made Trilo‑Bites and Dino‑Bite Snacks favorites are being retired for good in that original location.
